Maid Service
There will be a linen and towel change in the middle of a 2-week stay. Please take your own towels for the pool and beach.

Pool Service
Our pool is cleaned once a week. This normally takes 10 - 20 minutes. Nets are provided for clients to fish out any thirsty bugs!

Car Hire
Car hire is essential and can be arranged from the UK very easily on the Internet. There are car hire collection points at all airports. We have found www.carjet.co.uk to be the most reliable and economical service.

Airports
Directions from the airport to your villa will be sent to you prior to your departure. Driving times are roughly as follows:
Alicante to Arroyo Medina - 2 1/2 hours
Almeria to Arroyo Medina - 1 1/2 hours
Granada to Arroyo Medina - 2 hours
Malaga to Arroyo Medina - 3 1/2 hours
Murcia to Arroyo Medina - 2 hours

How to book your villa

Check property of your choice is available (by telephone or email). We will reserve it for you for 24 hours
Book flight (you can book and pay online)
Confirm villa booking with us and post 25% deposit (first class). Cheques made payable to "G Blake"
Post to: "G. BLAKE", SEPTEMBER COTTAGE, SOUTH STREET, MAYFIELD, EAST SUSSEX TN20 6DD
We will confirm booking in writing
8 weeks prior to departure, balance of rental plus £250 breakages deposit to be paid (£100 breakages deposit if only the main house is booked)
Book car hire
We will forward full directions and key collection points on receipt of final balance
Changeover day by agreement. Arrival not before 3pm and departure no later than 10am to allow for villa cleaning

Prices per week (Cortijo Arroyo Medina)

01 January to 09 July:	£1,000 per week
09 July to 04 September:	£1,500 per week
04 September to 31 December:	£1,000 per week
Discounts for small groups, off peak. Please enquire	Easter and half term £1,250 per week
